Lorex Technology Inc. (founded 1991 Markham, Ontario) is the most-debated North American consumer security camera brand in the Chinese-supply-chain era. Owned by Zhejiang Dahua Technology 2012-2022. Sold to Taiwan Skywatch ($72M, Nov 24, 2022 — one day before FCC Secure Equipment Act order revoked Dahua's new US authorizations).
